Guaranteed departures: All departures are guaranteed, with some dates subject to a minimum number of passengers to operate. Specialty properties are subject to final confirmation. Should the minimum number of guests not be met, we will offer one of the following options: offer an alternative date, modify services if necessary with the approval of the traveler, an optional supplement will be offered. Should no alternative be acceptable, Born Free will offer a full refund of all monies received.
 

HOW TO JOIN SAFARI:
Call the Born Free office to request space availability and reservation policy. We will also assist in coordinating the best airfares or guiding you on how to use your points or mileage. If you are planning to make your own air arrangements use the below as a guideline but reconfirm coordinating flights with our office:

           Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya: Anytime on Day 01
           Depart Nairobi: After 1:00 PM on Day 10

SAFARI INCLUDES:
All internal flights as listed, meet and greet services at the airport; accommodations; meals as specified in the itinerary; transfers to and from hotels and lodges; all touring and game activities by professional guides and trackers; park fees and conservation fees; game viewing activities, handling of two pieces of baggage per person weight restricted; hotels taxes; medical evacuation service.

Gratuities are included for lodge restaurant staff, porterage. Gratuities are not included for local guides and are at the traveler’s discretion and should be based on the level of satisfaction of the services received. Recommended guidelines for each safari will be provided on the Born Free pre-tour documentation.

Not Included: Travel insurance; international airfares; passport and visa fees; airport departure taxes, unless noted; excess baggage charges; gratuities to private guides; meals other then what is stated; beverages other then noted included, optional activities may include hot-air balloon safari, additional village visits; personal expenses such as laundry, communication charges.
