1 - USA Departure
Departure from Atlanta or your own home town on board South
African Airways direct to South Africa.

2 - Arrival Cape Town, South Africa
Arrival into the beautiful city of Cape Town. Cape Town is
South Africa's oldest settlement. It is dominated by the kilometer
high flat-topped Table Mountain and superb mountain walks, succulent
vineyards and lovely beaches. You are met on arrival and are escorted
to your hotel for check-in and ovenight.

3 - Cape Town
Your introduction to the Cape area begins at the South African
Museum. Then proceed to the Malay quarter and up Table Mountain
for a panoramic view of the ocean and city (if weather permits).
Afternoon will be at leisure.

4 - Cape Peninsula
Today, depart on a full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Driving
along the Atlantic seaboard, via Hout Bay to the Cape of Good Hope
where two marine ecosystems and oceans meet. Return to your hotel
later this afternoon for overnight.

5-6 - Cape Town or Cape Winelands
You will have two whole days to explore Cape Town and it's many
wonderful sights and sounds at your leisure.

may optionally replace a day at leisure with
an exciting one day journey of the beautiful Cape Winelands. Visit
Paarl and Stellenbosch and stop for wine tasting at two well-known
estates. Visit the Huguenot Memorial and the Afrikaans Language
Monument.

7 - Departure Home
Check-out of your hotel and transfer to the airport in time for
your South African Airways flight departing Cape Town.

Arrive back into Atlanta or your home town this morning.

1 - Arrival Durban
Upon arrival into the city of Durban, you are met and escorted
to the Tropicana Hotel for check-in and overnight. Durban, South
Africa's second largest and most ethnically diverse city, lies along
the Indian Ocean in the Kingdom of KwaZulu-Natal. Blessed with a
sub-tropical climate that produces over 200 beautiful days bathed
in sunshine, it is a top tourist destination.

2 - Hluhluwe Game Reserve/Shakaland Zulu Experience
Guest will have the choice of participating in either a full
day tour to the Hluhluwe Game Reserve or a full day Shakaland Zulu
Experience. Both tours return to the hotel for overnight.

Game Reserve - Spend a day in the bush in the magical Hluhluwe/Umfolozi
Park on the North Coast of Kwa-Zulu-Natal. This magnificent reserve
is home to 84 species of mammals and an impressive 425 different
types of birds. It is also famous for its rhino conservation and
is home to the "Big Five", as well as cheetah, giraffe, zebra, blue
wildebeest, spotted hyena and wild dog. This tour includes game
drives throughout the day and lunch at Hilltop Camp, which is set
high on a hill overlooking the reserve.

Shakaland
Zulu Experience - Spend an exciting day learning all about the
Zulu way of life. This tour takes you up the North Coast of Kwa-Zulu-Natal,
through lush cane fields and into the tropical beauty of Zululand
and the nKwalini Valley. Perched on top of the hill overlooking
the uMhlatusi River, birth-place of Shaka, stands the largest Zulu
Kraal in all of Zululand. Built as the set of the film "Shaka Zulu"
this village now operates as a living museum. Here you will learn
all about the fascinating Zulu people - their culture and traditions,
social structure, how they guild their huts, make pottery and brew
their beer. You will also meet an "isangoma (witchdoctor) and enjoy
a spectacle of delightful traditional dancing as well as a delicious
lunchtime feast.

Today, you'll have the entire day at your own leisure to explore
Durban.

1 - Arrival Kruger National Park
Depart Johannesburg on your scheduled flight to the Kruger National Park. Upon arrival, you are met and transferred to your chosen camp. Inclusions vary by accommodation. Please see specifics listed below.

2-3 - Kruger National Park
Enjoy another two nights exploring the Kruger National Park on exciting
game drives. Much international acclaim has been accorded the Kruger
National Park, which is regarded as one of the world's finest examples
of wildlife management. A major international tourist draw unrivalled
in its rich diversity, the park offers a wilderness experience which
ranks with the best in Africa. This vast area, stretching 350 km
from north to south, is home to great numbers and varieties of amphibians,
reptiles, birds and 147 mammal species, including the Big Five.
The sight of elephant, lion, leopard, rhino and buffalo is always
a thrill, especially at close range on a conducted wilderness trail.
But many visitors get as big a kick out of spotting a kudu, a warthog
or one of the eagle species.
