Day 1 - Depart U.S.A.
Your adventure begins today as you board your flight to Johannesburg, South Africa on South Africa Airways.

Day 2 - Johannesburg / Livingstone, Zambia
Arrive in Johannesburg early this morning from you home city. Connect on your flight to Livingstone, Zambia. Upon arrival there will be a local representative to meet you and drive you to your luxury lodge for check-in & overnight.

Day 3 - Livingstone
After a delicious breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the Victoria Falls. Described by the Kololo tribe living in the area in the 1800's as "Mosi-oa-Tunya" - "the Smoke that Thunders" and in more modern terms as "the greatest known curtain of falling water", Victoria Falls are a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Relax and spend the remainder of the day at your leisure. This evening toast the magnificent African sunset as you cruise down the mighty Zambezi River.

Day 4-5 - South Luangwa National Park
This morning you will be driven to the airport for your scheduled charter flight to Mfuwe at the South Luangwa National Park. Spend two nights in a rustic but comfortable bushcamp. A bushcamp is the ultimate experience of visiting the African bush. It is a memory you will cherish forever.

Day 6-8 South Luangwa National Park
Nestled under an ancient ebony grove on the banks of the Luangwa River overlooking the 'Wafwa' Oxbow Lagoon, Luangwa River Lodge offers open plan lounges, with dining under the endless canopy of African stars.

Luangwa River Lodge specializes in both driving and walking photographic safaris (with an armed escort scout and guide) so to maximize your bush experience at your own pace with safety and pleasure being at the forefront of any activity conducted.

Your days spent on safari can be as active or as relaxed as you wish. A typical day on safari starts with the rising of the sun. Freshly made tea and coffee will be waiting for you. Wake up to the warmth of the morning sun at the dawn of a new day.
Luangwa River Lodge (BLD)

Day 9 - South Luangwa National Park / Johannesburg / Depart for U.S.A.
Bid farewell to your host and guides as you are driven to the airstrip for the scheduled charter flight to Lusaka arriving in time to connect with your onward international flights.

Today you arrive back home from your adventures and journeys abroad!
